ORDER PLACEMENT
International customers may place orders using bank transfer as the payment method. Once you receive an order and payment confirmation via email or phone from our team, your order will be reserved for 36 hours.
If you intend to complete the payment after the 36-hour window, you must reconfirm product availability with us, as stock levels may change.
Please note that the store does not guarantee product availability for payments made after the stated timeframe. While we will make every reasonable effort to fulfill your original order, if any item becomes unavailable, you may be offered an alternative product, design, or colour within the same price range.
The store shall not be responsible for delivery delays caused by items becoming out of stock.
If no payment confirmation or response is received from the customer within the specified timeframe, the order may be automatically cancelled without prior notice.
International orders are processed only after full payment has been successfully received.
