“Standard circumstances” refer to situations where the product is delivered exactly as described, free from defects, and meets the quality benchmarks set by us.If an item passes our quality checks and aligns with the product description at the time of purchase, it is considered final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. This policy reflects our commitment to maintaining consistent quality standards.

Reporting a Defect

Return Procedure
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, our team will guide you through the return process to our address in Pakistan. Please note that all return-related shipping and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer. The process includes:

Securely packing and shipping the item at your own expense

Product Assessment
After receiving the returned item, Knits N Knots will carry out a detailed assessment. This includes visual inspection, documentation review, internal evaluation, and verification of the reported defect to determine the most appropriate resolution.
Resolution
Based on the investigation results and policy guidelines, the brand may offer a replacement or refund. Refunds are issued only in rare and exceptional cases, strictly at the brand’s discretion. As a general rule, refunds or exchanges are not offered unless a verified defect is confirmed.
Brand Discretion
All decisions regarding refunds, replacements, or store credits are made solely by Knits N Knots and are considered final.
Cancellation Policy
Eligibility
Customers may request order cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order. Cancellation requests are subject to approval and cannot be processed once an order has entered production or has been shipped. Requests made after the allowed timeframe will not be entertained, and all associated costs will remain the customer’s responsibility.
Cancellation Window
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of order placement. To request a cancellation, customers must contact our support team immediately and share their order number.
Refund Method
If a cancellation is approved, the refund will be issued in the form of store credit equal to the order value. This store credit can be used exclusively on the Knits N Knots online store and must be redeemed within 1 month of issuance. Refund processing typically takes 7–14 business days from approval.
Non-Cancellable Items
The following items are not eligible for cancellation or refund:
