Exchange & Return Policy
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery. Our team will guide you through the return procedure to our address in Pakistan. All return-related shipping and customs charges will be borne by the customer.
Once the item is received, it will be inspected thoroughly. Based on our assessment, a refund or replacement may be issued at our discretion. Please note that we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges except in cases of verified defects or special circumstances.
Pricing & Content Accuracy
We make every effort to ensure that all pricing, descriptions, and content on our website are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur. Knits N Knots reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order placed for products listed with incorrect prices or inaccurate information. In such cases, customers will be contacted, and the order may be cancelled at our discretion.
Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to quantity limitations, inaccuracies in product or pricing details, or issues identified by our fraud prevention systems. Additional verification may be requested before an order is accepted. If an order is cancelled, the customer will be notified accordingly.
Delivery Charges
International shipping charges are calculated based on the destination and shipment weight. Prices listed on the website do not include customs duties or taxes. Any applicable duties or taxes must be paid directly to the courier company upon delivery.
Delivery Timelines
Knits N Knots is responsible for dispatching orders on time; however, delivery delays caused by courier services are beyond our control. Once dispatched, customers are advised to contact the courier directly for shipment-related concerns. As all items are made to order, delays due to unforeseen circumstances may occur, and customers will be informed if this happens.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance charges. These additional costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs regulations vary by country, and all international shipments are subject to inspection by customs authorities.
Care Instructions
All garments by Knits N Knots are dry clean only. Customers are strongly advised to follow the recommended care instructions to maintain the quality and longevity of the product.
Any damage caused by hand washing, machine washing, or improper cleaning methods will not be eligible for return or exchange. We are not responsible for shrinkage, fabric damage, or colour deterioration resulting from incorrect care.
