All shipments are handled by third-party courier services. As most of our products are made to order, delivery timelines may differ depending on the product. Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the customer will be contacted using the registered contact details. Any additional delivery attempts requested by the customer may result in extra charges.

Although we partner with professional courier companies, Knits N Knots is not liable for the actions, behavior, or negligence of delivery personnel. Any disputes must be resolved directly with the courier service.
Shipment Tracking

Local Orders Delivery Charges
Domestic Deliveries within Pakistan are on the basis of the weight of the package and within Karachi delivery charges are Rs500/-
International Orders Delivery Charges
International shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery destination and package weight. Product prices and shipping fees shown at checkout do not include customs duties, import taxes, or other governmental charges. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery.
Customs Clearance Responsibility
For international shipments, customers are responsible for complying with local customs regulations. Any delays, penalties, or additional charges resulting from customs clearance are the sole responsibility of the customer. Knits N Knots will not be held accountable for customs-related delays or costs.
Goods or Services Not Received
Meaning
“Goods or Services Not Received” refers to situations where the customer does not receive their order within the estimated timeframe or despite shipment confirmation.

Delivery Proof
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Deliveries are contactless, and proof of delivery is generated by the courier company. This proof may be used to resolve any delivery-related disputes.

A tracking number will be issued once the order is dispatched, confirming that the shipment is in transit.
Reporting Timeline
Any non-receipt issues must be reported within 7 working days from the expected delivery date, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Contactless Delivery Policy
All deliveries are conducted without physical signatures. Digital tracking confirmation is considered valid proof of delivery.
